Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Skin Organics services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Skin Organics provides organic skincare and sugaring services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Brazilian sugaring treatments
• Full body sugaring services
• Organic skincare consultations
• Personalized treatment plans

Appointment Policies

Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by calling our office. We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Cancellation, Reschedule & No-Show Policies

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and approved digital payment methods
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All sales are final - no refunds for services rendered

Membership Program Terms

Immediate Benefits

The following benefits are available immediately upon enrollment:

• Treatment discounts (15%, 20%, or 25% based on tier)
• Priority booking windows (30, 60, or 90 days in advance)
• Access to extended hours (evening, Saturday, Sunday by tier)
• Skincare product discounts (10%, 15%, or 20% based on tier)
• Add-on service credits (Elite tier: 4 per year, up to $30)

90-Day Eligibility Period

The annual complimentary service benefit requires 90 consecutive days of active membership before becoming eligible. This ensures members receive the full value of their ongoing commitment to organic skincare.

• Skin Pure: 50% off one service per year (eligible after 90 days)
• Skin Premium: One complimentary service per year (eligible after 90 days)
• Skin Elite: One complimentary service for you + 50% off for a friend per year (eligible after 90 days)

Benefit Redemption

• Annual service benefits reset on your membership anniversary date
• Unused benefits do not carry over to the next year
• Benefits cannot be combined with other promotional offers
• Complimentary service value capped at $100 (Premium) or $150 (Elite)

Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, skin conditions, medications, or health concerns that may affect treatment. Skin Organics reserves the right to refuse service if we determine it may not be safe or appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

Skin Organics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
